Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher Working Principle
Full center feeding: The material falls into the feeding hopper, enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the central feeding hole, is fully accelerated, and is thrown out through the launch port. First, it collides with a part of the material that falls freely after the rebound, and then hits the surrounding together. The vortex material in the vortex cavity is lined (or on the counterattack block), which is first bounced to the top of the crushing cavity, and then deflected to move downward, and collides with the material emitted from the impeller channel to form a continuous material curtain. The lower discharge port is discharged. The central feeding is accompanied by the annular waterfall feeding: the material falls into the feeding hopper, and then falls through the annular hole, and is divided into two strands by the bulk material tray. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the distributing plate, and the other part falls from the surrounding of the distributing plate and enters the impeller. The material is impacted and broken, and then hits the vortex material lining (or the counterattack block) in the surrounding vortex cavity together, and is first bounced to the top of the crushing cavity, and then deflected to move downward, and the material launched from the impeller channel The impact forms a continuous material curtain, which is finally discharged through the lower discharge port.
