1. After the ore discharge port of the crusher is set, mark the support sleeve on a certain fixed position of the flange plate of the adjustment cap to indicate the initial locking position.
 
2. When the adjustment cap is adjusted and turned to a new locking position, the adjustment ring is also adjusted in the vertical direction.
 
3. During normal operation, the exact number of the locking position should be recorded accurately when using the first set of lining plates. Record each locking position until the liner is discarded. Since there will not be two identical crushing operations, the type, thickness and casting tolerances of the linings used are very wide, so it is impossible to predict in advance how many locking positions a set of linings will pass before they are scrapped.

4. After the lining plate is worn and scrapped, record the number of teeth that have been rotated before turning the adjusting ring to remove the lining plate. To mark the position of the adjustment cap seal, draw a short horizontal line with paint on the adjustment ring hopper.
 
5. After installing the new lining plate, keep recording the locking position for comparison, so as to determine the wear degree of the lining plate. Every time the discharge port is adjusted (reduced), the adjusting ring funnel moves down once. When the liner is approaching the wear limit, the markings drawn on the adjustment ring hopper will show. Since no two sets of liners will wear the same, after several sets of liners a fairly accurate average position can be determined.

When assembling the tapered moving cone liner, first tighten the head of the moving cone to make it have a certain pre-tightening force with the spindle screw. After the liner is tightened, fix it with a stop gear, and then pour zinc to fill the space between the liner and the body to buffer The impact of the liner on the body and prevent the liner from breaking. But it has big flaws, mainly in two aspects:
 
(1) Since there is no testing tool for the pretightening force between the moving cone head and the main shaft thread, the maintenance workers can grasp by experience in the actual work that after the stop gear meshes with the gear of the cone head, the pretightening force cannot reach the technical level. Require.
 
(2) Since the rotation direction of the cone moving cone is clockwise when it is running with no load (viewed from top to bottom), it is counterclockwise when it is running with load. However, there is a gap between the stop gear of the conical head and the stop groove of the main shaft. When the load condition changes, the conical head and the ore separator will swing left and right relative to the main shaft, causing the stop gear and the stop groove of the main shaft to wear out. The swing range of the conical head has been expanded.
 
And these defects will cause some problems: (1) cause the liner to loosen or break; (2) aggravate the wear of the cone body; (3) cause zinc leakage; (4) the main shaft is worn, and the service life of the stop groove is shortened; ( 5) Increase the difficulty and cost of maintenance; (6) The maintenance cycle is shortened, which increases the labor intensity of maintenance workers and restricts the normal operation of production. For this reason, the locking device of the moving cone liner must be modified.

After long-term observation, it is found that the wear of the stop groove on the main shaft is the wear in the direction of the tightening of the conical head. Therefore, it is determined that it is caused by the stop gear. In the heavy-duty operation of the cone, the cone head cannot be tightened, causing wear of the stop groove and stop gear. Then the transformation method is: (1) Remove the stop gear, and under heavy load, use the ore distribution plate and the conical head to rotate and automatically tighten, even if the pre-tightening force does not meet the requirements, as long as the conical head is operated with a load, the conical head can be Tighten to meet the requirements of long-term use. (2) In addition, a cutting and melting ring is added between the conical head and the pressure sleeve to facilitate the removal of the pressure between the conical head and the lining plate when replacing the lining plate.
 
The modified lining plate locking device avoids the wear of the main shaft thread and the loosening of the lining plate, and the greater advantage is that before the lining plate is not damaged, there is no relative movement between the conical head and the main shaft, which will not cause serious wear of the main shaft thread, and the conical head will not Swing, the lining plate is not loose, the lining plate is not easy to break, and the maintenance cost is saved. The maintenance cycle is extended, the labor intensity of maintenance workers is reduced, and the normal operation of production is guaranteed.
