Users should choose the correct liner according to their own needs.
 
Wear resistance of the liner: different materials are used in the manufacture of the liner, and its wear resistance is also different. Because the liner is often subjected to strong impact, it is prone to serious wear, which will lead to uneven product particle size and reduced productivity. . Bring unnecessary economic losses to users. Therefore, the user pays attention to its wear resistance when selecting the liner.

Cone Crusher Liner - Installation Method
 
(1) Put dry ice into the inner hole of the bushing to be installed to reduce the cooling diameter of the bushing. A little filler can be added in the bushing to make the dry ice fully contact with the bushing;
 
(2) After filling in dry ice, wrap the bushing and the dry ice inside with canvas to prevent frosting on the outer surface of the bushing;
 
(3) The cooling time is two hours. It can be determined whether sufficient cooling has been achieved by measuring the diameter of the bushing;
 
(4) If it is determined that the bushing is sufficiently cooled, it should be quickly installed into the inner hole of the frame. When in place, the top surface of the rack bushing should be flush with the top surface of the inside hole in the rack. If there is difficulty in the assembly process, use a wooden hammer to hammer the upper surface of the bushing slowly and evenly until the entire bushing is assembled in place;
 
(5) After the liner is assembled in place, the liner is generally fixed with molten zinc alloy filler.
 
Parts that need servicing when replacing
 
1. When replacing the lining plate, it is also necessary to check the thread wear of the fixed cone, the adjusting ring and the locking ring. The damage of the tooth thread is mainly caused by the frequent overload of the cone crusher or the jumping of the adjusting ring caused by over-iron.
 
2. Check the wear of the counterweight and the counterweight guard. If the counterweight guard is found to be seriously worn, it needs to be replaced immediately.
 
3. When changing the copper sleeve under the moving cone and the eccentric sleeve bushing, it is necessary to check whether the inner diameter of the moving cone cone and the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve meet the standard requirements, and then install the new bushing. When installing a new copper sleeve, the new copper sleeve must be cooled with dry ice or liquid nitrogen for at least 2 hours, and installed freely into the cone and eccentric sleeve, and cannot be installed by hammering or pressing. Before installing the moving cone assembly and the eccentric sleeve assembly, the outer wall of the eccentric sleeve and the main shaft must be cleaned to remove debris and scratches. After replacing the moving cone copper sleeve and the eccentric sleeve bushing, when running the crusher, it must be run-in according to the requirements of the operating rules.
 
4. Check the wear of the lower frame rib guard, drive shaft frame guard and main frame guard lining, and replace if necessary.
 
5. Inspect all hydraulic hoses for leaks or damage and replace if necessary.
 
6. When the bevel teeth of the crusher are large and small, the tooth top clearance and side clearance must be adjusted well. The backlash can be adjusted by adding or removing the shims of the lower thrust bearing.
 
7. Adjust the horizontal axis blower filter to prevent the filter from clogging and prevent dust from entering the crusher and polluting the lubricating oil.
 
8. Test whether the indicator light of the button box of the hydraulic station works normally.
 
9. Check whether the temperature sensor, pressure sensor, gear counter and material level sensor are working properly. If they are damaged, they need to be replaced.
