1、 What equipment does the sand and gravel yard need

Raw material warehouse refers to the warehouse that keeps the raw materials used in production. Such warehouses are generally large-scale and usually have large freight yards, which are necessary equipment for large-scale sand and gravel yards. Small sand and gravel yards can be selected for use.

Vibrating feeder is the main equipment in this link, which can send block and granular materials into the crushing chamber of the crusher evenly, regularly and continuously.

A complete sand and gravel crushing production includes: raw materials - feeding - coarse crushing - fine crushing - Screening - sand making - sand washing - conveying - finished products and other links.

The raw materials enter the vibrating feeder from the silo, and then are sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse breaking. The coarse broken materials enter the impact crusher or cone crusher through the conveyor for fine breaking. After fine breaking, the materials are sent to the vibrating screen by the conveyor for screening. Those that do not meet the feed particle size of the sand making machine are returned to the impact crusher or cone crusher for continuous crushing, and those that meet the feed particle size are sent to the sand making machine for sand making and shaping, After screening, it enters the sand washing machine for cleaning, and then is transported to the finished product pile by the finished product conveyor belt.
