Aggregate production process

The selection of aggregate production line is an important part of modern aggregate mine production. The whole production line consists of four systems: feeding system, crushing and sand making system, screening system and sorting system.

 

Pretreatment

In this stage, the bulk materials in the raw ore of sand and gravel aggregate are pre crushed by hammering, and the sundries that are not suitable for crushing are sorted, and the sundries such as waste wood and plastic are removed, so as to facilitate the next treatment process. And conduct primary magnetic separation to remove the scrap iron in the aggregate.

Crushing and sand making

Firstly, the jaw crusher is used for primary crushing of raw materials, and the vibrating feeder is used for uniform feeding. The jaw crusher uses the movement of jaw plate to crush large sand and gravel aggregate into smaller particle size. The coarse broken materials are transported to the medium crushing place by the conveying equipment for re crushing. Finally, the conveyor belt is transported to the sand making and shaping machine for fine crushing and shaping of the materials. The particle size of the sand and gravel aggregate treated by the sand making machine is uniform.

Primary screening

In this stage, a circular vibrating screen is used to screen the coarse broken concrete aggregate into blocks of 0-40mm and crushed materials of less than 5mm. Among them, 5-40mm coarse aggregate can be directly used for the production of general c15-c20 concrete after collection. The fine aggregate can be transported to the transfer pile for the next process.

Secondary crushing and screening

For secondary crushing, a ball mill can be used to crush the fine aggregate again. The crushed aggregate is divided into 5-20mm high-quality recycled aggregate by secondary screening, which can be used for c25-c30 concrete manufacturing. The high-quality recycled fine aggregate of 0.15mm-5mm and fine powder below 0.15mm are selected by tertiary screening.

Common aggregate production line configuration

Generally speaking, the configuration of aggregate production line needs to be combined with the user's working conditions, time production, finished product particle size, energy consumption and other requirements. The common equipment combination forms of aggregate production line are as follows:

1. Jaw crusher + cone crusher + sand making machine + auxiliary equipment (feeder, conveyor, elevator, etc.);

2. Jaw crusher + impact crusher + sand making machine + auxiliary equipment;

3. Hammer crusher + high efficiency fine crusher + impact sand making machine + auxiliary equipment.
