Product introduction

The materials of 5S sand making machine can directly enter the rotor, be thrown out after centrifugal acceleration, collide and break with the peripheral guard plate, or be shunted through the bulk material tray. One part is scattered from around, and the other part is rushed out after entering the rotor to accelerate, collide and rub with the surrounding scattered materials, and collide and rebound with the peripheral guard plate to form a circular blow. With the progress of crushing, small particle materials gradually form a material layer curtain near the peripheral guard plate to improve the crushing effect and protect the equipment. The finished products meeting the specifications are discharged from the blanking port

working principle

The material is added to the center of the rotor from the top central feeding cylinder, and then distributed to each discharge chamber through the material distribution cone. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material is thrown out through the discharge port at a large linear speed and collides with the annular impact surface formed by the material cushion. Under the action of a high impact speed, the material particles disintegrate into small cubic particles along the original natural cracks. As the impact process continues, the materials are continuously washed down from the annular impact material cushion and discharged through the lower discharge port. At the same time, new materials are continuously accumulated on the impact material cushion, which has a great grinding effect in the flow process of material renewal. Therefore, a large part of particles will be ground into fine powder, and the quality of fine powder is small, Larger particles will be discharged out earlier, and the material cushion will fall into the discharge hopper for discharge.
