talcum crushing processing

TIME:2022-03-29

processing technology of  talcum crushing processing;

Shanghai SHM product line are designed for grinding materials with particle sizes about 40mm and the morse hardness less than 9.3 ,such as talcum , calcite, gypsum, talc, feldspar, barite, kaolin, etc.Shanghai SHM mills’ design changed the structure of the traditional mill, applying cemented carbide to grinding roller and grinding ring,which greatly extended their service life, decreasing the frequent replacement of wearing parts,and greatly improving efficiency .Since there are big changes in rollers and roller assembly,the materials in the cavity are able to make full use of the grinding roller centrifugal force ,Thus it is possible to achieve the up-down repeated grinding.due to increasing the contact area of the roller ring,it is high efficient to produce the fine powder.The fineness of the finished product is mainly distributed between 5-45 microns, which are mainly used in industrial field,such as chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, paints, pigments, additives, pulp and so on.

talcum crushing processing application :

Talcum is used in many industry fields such as paper making, plastic, paint and coatings, rubber, food, electric cable, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, ceramics, etc. A coarse grayish-green high-talc rock is soapstone or steatite and has been used for stoves, sinks, electrical switchboards, crayons, soap, etc. It is often used for surfaces of lab counter tops and electrical switchboards because of its resistance to heat, electricity and acids. Talc finds use as a cosmetic (talcum powder), as a lubricant, and as a filler in paper manufacture. Talc is used in baby powder, an astringent powder used for preventing rashes on the area covered by a diaper. It is also often used in basketball to keep a player's hands dry. Most tailor's chalk, or French chalk, is talc, as is the chalk often used for welding or metalworking.Talc is also used as food additive or in pharmaceutical products as a gl-idant. In medicine talc is used as a pleurodynias agent to prevent recurrent pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Talc is widely used in the ceramics industry in both bodies and glazes. In low-fire art ware bodies it imparts whiteness and increases thermal expansion to resist crazing. In stonewares, small percentages of talc are used to flux the body and therefore improve strength and vitrification. It is a source of Mg O flux in high temperature glazes (to control melting temperature). It is also employed as a matting agent in earthenware glazes and can be used to produce magnesia mattes at high temperatures.

talcum crushing processing:

Talc is a metamorphic mineral resulting from the metamorphism of magnesian minerals, known as a mineral composed of hydrated magnesium silicate with the chemical formula Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. It occurs as foliated to fibrous masses, and in an exceptionally rare crystal form. It has a perfect basal cleavage, and the folia are non-elastic. Its color ranges from white to gray or green and Its streak is white. It is the softest known mineral and listed as 1 on the Mors hardness scale and it has a distinctly greasy feel. It has a specific gravity of 2.5–2.8, a clear or dusty luster, and is translucent to opaque.
